6.5 to 7.5kg box of premium free range and chemical free pork: Approximate quantities include:
Half Rolled Pork Roast (2kg)
Middle or Picnic Bacon (2 x 500g)
Pork Mince (500g)
Diced or Stir Fry (500g)
Loin Chops or Cutlets (1kg)
Pork Sausages (2 x 500g)
Spare ribs (1kg)
The above quantities and cuts are a guide only and variations may occur slightly from box to box. All sausages are preservative free, and will need to be placed straight in the freezer or consumed on the day of delivery. All other cuts are cryovak packed and can be stored in a the refrigerator below 4 degrees for up to 2 weeks before being frozen or consumed. DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND DATES
The price is inclusive of any delivery fee. Pork Boxes are available for free delivery within the Young Township every Wednesday. They will also be available for pick up from any of the scheduled pick up locations/timeslots in Grenfell, Forbes, Parkes, Canowindra and Cowra on Wednesdays; and Temora, Wagga and Cootamundra on Thursdays. No extra delivery fee will be charged for any delivery location.
