A weekly purchase of The Sir George Par-baked Traditional Sourdough Loaf, baked fresh every Tuesday and delivered Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Sourdough is made using Wholegrain Milling flour, which is certified ASP (Australian Sustainable Products). This means that the wheat used to make the flour is grown using methods to promote soil health, minimise synthetic inputs and maximise plant health.
Par-baked means that on the day of delivery the loaf can be popped straight in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes to provide you beautiful fresh sourdough. If you don't intend to use the the sourdough within a couple of days, the loaf can be frozen and then popped into a moderate oven before serving. Alternatively the loaf can be sliced before being frozen to enable individual slices to be toasted in a toaster as required.
