A fortnightly purchase of Clementine Bakery Traditional Sourdough Loaf, baked fresh every Tuesday and delivered Wednesdays and Thursdays.
On the day of delivery the loaf can be either eaten fresh, or sprinkled with a little water and popped in the oven for 10 minutes to provide you beautiful warm sourdough. If you don't intend to use the the sourdough within a couple of days, the loaf can be frozen and then popped into a moderate oven before serving. Alternatively the loaf can be sliced before being frozen to enable individual slices to be toasted in a toaster as required.
Approx dough weight: 700 grams.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, sourdough mother (flour, water and naturally occurring microbes).
